Gregor Konstantinov is one of the secondary villains of Aurora Borealis and Company. He is one of the henchmen/lackeys for the Soviets, and is usually in charge of spying, organizing the Soviets' trips, hacking and vandalizing things to make Aurora Borealis miserable.

- It has been implied that he had feelings for Melody Pekkanen and especially Akiko Ayanaka, despite his hatred for Aurora and her friends. He even calls Akiko his "pretty Japanese girl".
